As a, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analysis of existing systems.
You will:

• Architect and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks for performance tuning and analysis .
• Design and lead the development of tools and dashboards for automated result collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous performance validation
• Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure consistency across automation practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for performance benchmarking and automation strategies.

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a master’s degree
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Experience with automation frameworks and strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Java, or C#.
• Expertise with tools like GitHub and Artifactory
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with CPU/GPU/Power/Virtualization/AI performance benchmarking tools.
• Knowledgeable in AI-based techniques for enhancing automation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $153,000.00 - $198,000.00.
