Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Continuous Personal Development: Stay updated and engage in continuous personal development to become a trusted expert advisor.
- Lead Conversion: Review and convert inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
- Lead Generation: Prospect and Engage with personas in targeted verticals and organizations and convert these to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs).
- Social Selling and Thought Leadership: Utilize social media for social selling and thought leadership, promoting both IBM and your personal brand while engaging with prospective clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Lead Generation and Sales Success: Demonstrated success in lead generation and sales within a fast-moving and complex field.
- Consistent Target Achievement: Track record of consistently achieving targets in fast-paced environments while fostering collaboration.
- Digital Communication Skills: Proficiency in communication across digital platforms with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
- Personal Integrity and Tech Affinity: Strong personal integrity and a passion for technology.

- Technically curious with strong business acumen
- Fluent in English, preferably with Mandarin and/or Cantonese as well.
- Fearless when it comes to picking up the phone
- SDR experience at a SaaS company
- Aptitude to learn nuanced messaging and positioning of a mature technology platform
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft or other outreach tools
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Market Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the Integration, Middleware, Automation or Data Integration market and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on these offerings will be provided).
