What You'll Do

Work with and learn from the best AI collaboration PMs in the business as you gather requirements, define functionality, and craft delightful products for our customers. You’ll challenge the status quo. Think of ways to transform how people use AI collaboration technologies and get work done, in beautifully simple ways and create more value for our customers.

You will work closely with a variety of collaborators including sales, engineering, UX, marketing, and more to develop a vision, craft requirements, build a roadmap and translate that into an AI product that will delight.

• Think strategically of the customer’s needs and how Webex can reduce pain points
• Understand the competitive landscape, needs of end users, customers, and translate into AI features.
• Articulate the business need and the customer value associated with each product feature.
• Write requirements, product briefs, positioning statements and user stories to work with marketing, UX, and engineering to bring them to life.
• Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback.
• Help craft and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and rollout plans.
• Take ownership; work across product, UX, engineering and support teams.
• Engage with account teams and customers to ensure their success
• Make our team better, make our customers successful.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with enterprise software applications or video / communications platforms
• Partnered with engineering and UX design teams

Preferred qualifications:

• Preferred experience in AI/ML Product Management with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Collaborated with Design teams to provide exceptional customer facing products
• Passionate about building products that users can’t live without
• Previous experience releasing and iterating on successful end user facing products
• Knowledge of networking concepts
• Ability to mediate opposing interests and finding creative solutions
• BA / BS in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones
