As a Client Training Manager within our Commercial Banking team, you will successfully manage all deliverables including team productivity, employee and client satisfaction. You will act as a subject matter expert and escalation resource, focusing on identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies. You will manage a team of client trainers who provide virtual and/or onsite training on our Treasury online platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day support, supervision, management, and coaching to ensure "best in class" levels of service, develop team goals and strategies as well as managing team performance against service level objectives.
  • Facilitate monthly one on ones with all directs to review performance metrics, goals, personal and career development. Ensure successful two-way communication flow to employees through dissemination of staff meeting minutes, training, upcoming product changes, event happenings, and departmental policies.
  • Assisting in design, update and facilitate multiple monthly presentations and present senior leaders across different line of businesses.
  • Will act as single point of contact for all client training escalations and follow through until resolved.
  • Foster partnership and teamwork within other Global Client Access Training teams, Sales and Service, and Product Management personnel.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years direct people management experience in a manager role.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, make effective decisions and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a team environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Familiarity with Treasury or banking products and services

Schedule:with flexibility as needed to cover 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT shift or the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT shift
