Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics like performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to interact with the stakeholders as per the business needs.

Experience in HR, people programs, or people related roles.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Experience in coaching and mentoring.
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems for reporting.
