• Management of inbound documentation for Australia and New Zealand.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to avoid stock shortages.
• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information.
• Manage external relationships with 3rd party stakeholders, such as warehouses & transport carriers and ongoing support to internal teams.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers, 3PL warehouses and Global Forwarding Agent.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Diploma or degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain operations including managing inbound logistics.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements in Australia is a plus.
• Understanding of processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping.
• Flexibility in hours as you will be looking after the New Zealand market.
