Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
5 years of experience in people management or a sales leadership role.
Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently to support the client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in sales.
Experience managing C-level customers and driving sales through relationships in Hong Kong market.
Experience managing and inspiring performing Sales teams.
Ability to solve problems and operate in ambiguity, including the ability to propose and sell creative solutions across a diverse range of decision makers internally.
Ability to thrive in an environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking skills.
