Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and execute Test automation scripts.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and detailed test cases.
• Perform regression/progression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and operational efficiencies.
• Work to develop and apply automated testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Provide technical expertise to decompose epics/features into testable and measurable user stories.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subjectProven work experience in software quality assurance and development.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.Software Platforms – Sales Force and ServiceNow. Certification in ServiceNow Administration and ServiceNow Certified ATF would be advantageous.Minimum 3+ years of Test Automation experiences as a test programmer with Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.Technology stack: AZURE, Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS PowerShell, GIT, Some Relational and non-REL DBs)Software Tools: Minimum 3+ experience in

• Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React),
• Test automation development (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, ServiceNow ATF’s),
• Cloud Platform experience (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, etc.). REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Standard collaboration tools (JIRA, Code Repository Tools, GIT or SVN)
• Testing Framework Script Based + JavaScript is an advantage. Valuable to have some experience with Python for Robotic Automation.
• Automation frameworks, and platforms (e.g., Selenium, Robotic, Gen AI etc.)
• Performance and/or security testing e.g., Jmeter
• Cross Domain automation testing using Selenium/Robotic Frameworks.

Test Management Processes and optimal testing tool capabilities: Minimum 3-5 Years experience

• Test Automation – ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF’s) scripts.
• Test Data Management (ETL and Data Modeling)
• Software Development Life Cycle with innovations relating to early pre-Production detection of defects in SDLC.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE); Best Practices Implementation. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Knowledge of software QA solutions, tools and processes, Test Framework Design and Test Strategies to Improve Operational efficiencies.
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
