You will be responsible for developing new business & executing commercial opportunities for GE HealthCare (GEHC) products & services.


Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE HealthCare's relationship with a set of accounts in ASEAN, South Korea, Australia & New Zealand (AKA) Region in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE HealthCare.
  • Drive orders and sales growth; develop and execute a GE HealthCare Strategic Key Account (SKA) across the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; and lead the SKA team across AKA Region.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs and understands drivers of the customer need including vision/mission / financial objectives on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborates with internal GE HealthCare stakeholders including International Strategic Accounts Leader, International Enterprise Solutions Team, and AKA region/global product, service, digital teams to address customer needs.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. Provide on-going feedback to management, product, services and marketing teams.
  • Empower, inspire, and grow high-performing commercial team by providing strategic direction and fostering a culture based on GE HealthCare cultural operating principles.
  • Integrate solutions pillars at a customer level and own the strategic execution of the commercial opportunities from origination to delivery.
  • Project development, financial/business structuring, project management, negotiations and closing of healthcare projects, including PPP/MES, business ventures and risk sharing projects in both government and private sector.
  • Fostering strong business relationships and network with strategic customers, PE groups, investors and other financial institutions.
  • Building relationships internally with key stakeholders to ensure seamless development and solid delivery of projects.
  • Act as the “One GE Healthcare” face in front of the customer and coordinate all GE stakeholders for the projects he is responsible for from inception to closure.
  • Leverage GE Capital Industrial Finance team financing capabilities to address projects funding needs.
  • Leverage the modality and services team capabilities to address customer needs and differentiate.
  • Design, Technology Planning, Care Area Expertise, Digital Solutions & Clinical Trainings together with solutions team.
  • Leverage GE government affairs team to establish strong relationships with healthcare authorities and key MOH stakeholders GE leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience of at least 5 years of deal origination, managing broad commercial teams and executing complex projects.
  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Client Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or at least Bachelor degree with relevant experience).
  • Healthcare sales and market development experience among ASEAN/APAC countries is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Healthcare Industry-related financial analysis, bid proposal, and risk, tax and legal principles and analysis is a must.
  • Proficiency in project financing, Public-Private Partnership (PPP), healthcare financing and healthcare business/financial models.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare market, key players and customers in ASEAN/APAC and knowledge of healthcare products and offerings required.
  • Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.
  • Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
  • Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships.
  • Knowledge of hospital management would be preferred.
