- Experience with deploying, supporting and monitoring new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Skills and experience in monitoring, alerting, fault analysis, and automation
- Programming experience in Go, Python, or Java
- Ability to participate in on call service support
- Fast learner who is generous with their knowledge
- Experience managing customer-facing internet scale systems
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Networking, Systems Management, Systems Security
