Essential Responsibilities
Functions as lead in-house legal expert for global immigration matters to ensure options and risks are appropriately communicated to stakeholders to balance business needs with enterprise-wide strategy.
Develops innovative and legally compliant strategies to complex immigration matters, and exercising excellent judgement to think big picture when providing legal support to various business functions.
Provides strategic legal oversight and guidance in the design, assessment, and implementation of our Global Immigration program, policies, standards, and processes.
Benchmarks legal approaches to identify leading industry practices and global talent trends.
Partners with our Global Mobility and Global Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compliance with and execution of immigration policies and procedures.
Contributes to Employment Legal team by operating as a key stakeholder for the People and Places team on advice and counseling as well as project management.
Minimum Requirements
- J.D. and membership in at least one state bar.
- 10+ years of experience in immigration consulting on and/or administering corporate immigration programs

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
