Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 1 year of experience in data analytics or research, business process analysis, or global program management, or leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Experience with supply chain and capacity planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in supply chain planning and management.
- Experience in agile resource demand and supply planning, including creation of tools to assess growth and complexity drivers.
- Experience with business/operations management and planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize programming strategy.
