Your role:

• Be the design expert in the room,unlocking what is possible from a design perspective in team, program,campaignand content planning.Tell visual stories through design that engageboth prospects and customers alike
• Conceive, create, and drive design solutions for projects of all types and sizes. Apply the Philips visual identity cohesively across large integrated campaigns,single asset creation, and sales focused deliverables
• Bringnew designtypes to Philips’ marketing programs, including infographics,animated graphics and more
• Partner beyond the creative brief, work with internal stakeholders from marketing,salesand other organizations to understand the opportunity for creative pieces todelight inthe market
• Manage your workstream, keeping track of projects, deadlines, and reviews; catalog all artwork and designsfor easy referencing and repurposing

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Liberal Arts degree in graphic design, visual design, communications design, art direction, or related fieldcombined with5+ years ofwork experience as a designer, art director, or similar role; agency background preferred
• Creative and innovative thinking—you can distill complex concepts into simple,thoughtfuldesigns
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and storyboard conceptsfor socializationcombined withahigh levelof organization with a strong attention to detail and version control.Excellent communication skills and ability to project manage work with tight deadlines
• Team player attitude combined with being a quick learner. You can provide and accept feedback, and reprioritize workload when needed
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative CloudandMicrosoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
