Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Delivery Leadership:Run the execution of Cybersecurity projects across a breadth of required programs and requirements.
  • Threat-Informed Defense:Work with cross-functional threat-informed defense teams, ensuring proactive threat management and response strategies.
  • Agile Software Delivery:Facilitate agile software delivery processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of secure cloud solution
  • Project Management:Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for cloud security initiatives, from planning and design to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Performance Monitoring:Establish performance metrics and monitoring frameworks to track the effectiveness of cloud security measures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Value Stream Analysis:Conduct value stream analysis to optimize service delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and executive leadership, to align cloud security initiatives with organizational goals.
  • KPI Measurement and Delivery Objectives:Define and measure KPIs and delivery objectives related to cloud security initiatives, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Process Optimizations:Drive process optimizations through value stream analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certification Processes:Navigate complex certification processes ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role within Cybersecurity, with a focus on Cloud Security
  • Experience working within Information Security (IS) Risk and Controls programs is a significant benefit.
  • Strong understanding of agile software delivery practices and methodologies.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills.
  • Experience with Project Tracking Software, e.g. Jira
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with threat modelling teams, security operations teams, and cross-functional engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with complex certification processes within highly regulated industries is a significant benefit.
