The purpose of this position is to perform and provide counsel onexpert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming, designing,and start-up technical support across any type of electrical or mechanicalequipment, systems, and subsystems (including software where applicable) fromsimple to moderately complex in nature. Performs or provides counsel ondiagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software)beyond the capability of other Service technicians.
Duties & Main Accountabilities:

  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment for BMS, Fire, CCTV and Access Control System (as per trade expertise) and carry out the programming work of Honeywell HBS - HVAC controllers BMS, Fire Panels, Access Control Panels.
  • Install EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works as per specifications, support FSS or FSL for project cost and progress reporting and have Good Knowledge on the service culture, should knowledge about SLA, PPM, Break down call etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.
    Analyze backward completion of the projects with difficulties/mistakes met and make necessary suggestion for organization tuning accordingly.
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader whilst following the Honeywell SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of spot services and SLJs.
  • System upgrades, augmentation, modifications, and maintenance services: (Installation/configuration/implementation/commissioning/maintenance support) of Honeywell’s HBS offerings and internal processes and reporting: Adopt and adhere to global standard in terms of tracking of actions (tools and timing) and promptly submit timesheets and billable work to ensure on time invoicing
  • Diagnosis, troubleshooting, Maintenance, and escalation for rectification of issues for timely closure of service requests.
    Quality of delivery: Deliver promptly against service request, respecting agreed timing and ensure timely closure and tracking. Deliver on Customer Satisfaction, process up-time and system performance metrics.
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by team leader.

Qualifications:

  • Four year degree / 3 years Diploma in engineering.
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience servicing BMS, Fire, Security or access systems.
  • Honeywell and Industry based advanced programming skills
  • Excellent Honeywell product knowledge and knowledge of Network and IOT will be an advantage.
