hardware architecture, NPUs, AI input methods,electrical engineering,System in a Chipsystem architecture,, Hardware (HW) accelerators,and Machine Learning (ML) benchmarking,Small Language Models/Large Language Models.They willalso have theability to engagein the developmentof AI algorithms to enable multiple on device experiences.Responsibilitiesdriving theHW AI experience for Gaming Devices,hardware designs to enable AI workloads and AI input,to define and develop models and workloads foron-device and NPU compute.Working closely withteams across Gaming and Microsoft to define, drive, and deliver in the end-end AI HW experience and architecture.
a solid understanding of core engineering principles, analytical process, disciplined, superior problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing technologies and products with a broad scope of impact. Experience willinclude significant contribution to the development of world-class consumer electronic products,System in a Chipset-top boxes, desktop PCs, and laptop/tablet PCs, and HW AI experiences. good technical leadership, communication skills, andto tackle big challenges are necessary for this position.

Electrical Engineering IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
