Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain templates and document workflows using OpenText xPression.
  • Integrate xPression with business systems and data sources.
  • Support end-to-end document generation and delivery processes (print, email, web).
  • Process business requests and develop documents within xPression to customize and modify existing document templates per request.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in templates and document production.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and ensure quality.
  • Maintain system documentation and participate in upgrades and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience with OpenText xPression.
  • Experience with xDesign, xPresso for Word, and other xPression modules.
  • Expertise in document template design at the enterprise-level
  • Expertise with xDesign, xAdmin, and xDashboard
  • Experience working with complex templates (i.e., policy documents, welcome letters, insurance claims documents, and customer bills)
  • Experience implementing graphs, complex nested tables, campaigns, and marketing messages
  • Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and document generation logic.
  • Understanding of document delivery channels (print, email, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with customer communication strategies and CCM best practices.
  • Experience in insurance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools for document workflows.
