GDS Poland Internship Program - Junior Project Manager with French
Hybrid model: 4 days office/1 day remote
Your key responsibilities
As an Intern in Business Transformation, your key responsibilities will be:
• Cooperate with Junior & Senior Consultants / Project Managers on delivering client engagements, providing valuable support.
• Help in delivery of key project indicators established by Consultants / PMs, such as scope, timeline & budget.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and assist in developing client solutions.
• Prepare presentations and reports for engagements.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.
• Stay abreast of industry and participate in relevant training programs.
Skills and attributes for success
As a recent graduate (with at least a bachelor’s degree), you are at the initial stages of defining your career path taking into consideration Project Manager role as a key direction. The following skills will set you apart:
• Excellent & effective communication in English and French (C1)
• Interest in Project Management and Consulting.
• Proactiveness and readiness to work in a changing environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Client-centric mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or degree from studies that includes Project Management faculty.
• Participation in voluntary student activities and projects.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Completed courses, or certificates related to Project Management.
• Knowledge of PowerBi, MS Share Point, MS Project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Trello, other project management tools.
• B2 proficiency (or higher) in foreign languages other than English.
• Experience in working with diverse teams. Leading, or independently delivering parts of a task.
