• Develop, improve, and maintain backend services for our product, focusing on high scalability and availability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and tested code that follows Go design patterns and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and uphold commitments.
• Engage closely with our Lead Architect, Product Owner, Frontend Developers, UX designer to ensure flawless feature implementations.

• Recent Graduate - a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience (2 years).
• Strong experience in backend programming languages, specifically Go and Python. Good understanding of Go design patterns, gRPC & Protobuf, REST, and microservices architecture.
• Experience of containerization using Docker and comfortable working in a Linux environment and using Git/GitHub.
• Good communicational skills in English.
• Able to legally live and work in Poland without visa support or sponsorship

• Familiarity with implementing authorization and authentication mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Understanding av serverless architecture and specifications.
• Agile development methodology experience.
