Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in consulting, learning and development, people operations, or human resources, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in business management or human resources.
Experience in executing complex strategic and operational initiatives which involve business transformation.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
