CNS - Risk - Risk Management :
Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Job description:
Effectively engage with consulting business development activities in Govt and PSUs, which will include identification of opportunities, meet various prospective clients, assess requirements, develop concept note & presentation, initiate process to generate new assignment, etc.
Searching appropriate opportunities published in various government consulting procurement portals and tender search portals.
Guide team members in developing Tenders/ Proposals and writing Approach & Methodology.
Overall management of engagement for quality delivery. Responsible for effectively engaging with clients and executing engagements in consultation with other Managers. Contribute to advisory engagements in the capacity of a team member - deliver quality output within assigned timelines
Work will involve frequent travel and relocation whenever required.
Drive innovation in service delivery; ensure delivery is in line with firm’s Quality and Risk management requirements/expectations.
Ensure discipline to work and productivity of self and reporting subordinates; promotes positive working environment within a team
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
CA or MBA (Finance)
At least 10 years in consulting specifically in Government sector and PSU, which will include Public Financial Management, Govt. Accounting and Budgeting, Govt. Internal audit, Independent Verification of Disbursement Linked Indicators, Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, Program Management, Internal controls, Capacity Building, Business Process Management etc. Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc are must.
