Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in enterprise sales across Advertising, Media, Digital marketing, Consulting, Technology, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact in this customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sales and sales management, business management, project management.
- Experience in leading and coaching a sales team.
- Knowledge of digital advertising solutions and media landscape, understanding Google products.
- Excellent leadership skills.
