Role Expectations

•  Ability to focus on multiple requisitions, prioritize sourcing activities, and exhibit on-time delivery commitment.

•  Partner with recruiters to create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and proactively create pipelines

•  Participate in key stakeholder meetings including intake calls, weekly cadences, and debriefs, providing market intelligence and insight to help influence and drive an effective sourcing strategy

•  Source, engage, and attract top talent to drive growth across our business verticals

•  Through innovative research, build a candidate pipeline, effective outreach, i.e., developing high response generating messaging templates and comprehensive candidate screening and providing unparalleled candidate experience.

•  Track and maintain a real-time record of candidates in ATS, monitor interview pipeline, and selection ratio of both diversity and non-diversity candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.

•  3-5 years of work experience within Talent Acquisition as a sourcing specialist or full life cycle recruiter, with a minimum of 2 recent years working in China market Recruitment

•  S/he will act as a talent advisor, communicate effectively with the recruiters, recruiting managers, hiring managers, and team members throughout the sourcing/recruitment process. Share and exchange timely information with stakeholders and candidates

•  Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates from diversified and unconventional sourcing channels (ATS, LinkedIn, Job portals, Social sites, etc.)

•  S/he will participate in team and organizational level strategic initiatives (viz Diversity conferences, hiring events, etc.) including assessment of best practices in talent sourcing, competitor intelligence, diversity & inclusion and contribute to the overall TA strategy

•  As an ambassador of Qualcomm, share our value proposition to increase and strengthen brand awareness in the market

•  Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and PPT to prepare weekly/monthly reports and updates

Preferred Qualifications

•  Talent souring or full desk recruiting for a Hi-tech company/client will be an added advantage

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

Associate's degree and 2+ years of Human Resources-related work experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Human Resources-related work experience.
