Job Description:
As Talent Acquisition Leader, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy for production roles in Mexico.
The impact you will make in this role:
- Talent acquisition strategy : Work with Manufacturing Leaders to determine current and future staffing needs for production roles and translate the regional TA strategy into plan.
- Talent acquisition process : Identify and deploy best practices for recruitment and assessment with a focus on operational excellence, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions for production hires.
- Talent acquisition governance : Ensure compliance in Workday for all recruiting and onboarding activities related to production hires.
- Onboarding : Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new production hires and hiring managers, and promote full usage of the online onboarding platform.
- KPIs : Measure and report on KPIs.
- Team : Manage and develop the TA team focused on production hires.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:
- Experienced Recruiter with previous team management experience
- Fluent English and Spanish
- University degree
- Ability to influence and communicate with all levels within the organization, to transform ideas into action and mentor staff
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal savvy, process management, sizing up people and negotiation skills
