Job Summary:

  • The Senior Associate will be required to work in a team environment in delivering the administrative and project needs of the GDS ES organisation by being a part of the GDS ES RMS.
  • Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Develop & Participate in implementation of RMS strategy to achieve Next Wave priorities
  • Lead transformation projects across sub-service functions
  • Support RMS SSF leaders on variety of short run & long run strategic / operational initiatives
  • Development of tools / system / processes to establish and deliver a seamless operations experience
  • Provide key insights on market trends to RMS leadership
  • Support RMS location leaders on activities like BCP, Annual events, real estate, Townhall etc
  • Develop & execute strategies focused on real estate, AR recovery, Time charging, Compliance requirements etc
  • Supporting RMS location leaders on activities such as FTE Reforecasting/Capacity Planning and financial reporting/Demand Forecasting/Budgets/Expense and Revenue Planning, Engagement Schedules, Commitment hours across all locations, True Ups/True downs/Accruals/Threshold agreements
  • Liaison with support functions like IT, Transport, Facilities, BCP, Finance. L&D etc
  • Coordinate with finance & procurement teams for activities related to invoicing, Account Receivables and Procurement
  • Responsible to monitor Code block, Dept Id, Reporting segment, billing model, department description with Employee Central report and to perform FTE vs Revenue Analysis
  • Drive mandatory compliance learnings, confirmations & , new hire onboarding process across all RMS location
  • Expertise in creating and managing dashboards and story boards using MS Office (MS powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Collabrate with various teams (service delivery and support teams) to provide support in driving buisness goals
  • Constantly monitor and report progress on mutlitple ES wide initiatives to stakeholders
  • Support in creating and implementing Strategic Initatives
  • Project Co-ordination responsibilites

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

The role requires someone who can manage several concurrent MIS reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

  • Technical, Administration and organization
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Macro, PowerPoint, Power BI and SharePoint (Incl. Power Apps) will be an added advantage
    • Innovative thinking, Analytical / solution-oriented approach and inclination towards use of technology to simplify processes is a must
    • Proven track record of delivering Exceptional Client Service (ECS) and expertise in project management
    • Cooperate with different departments to improve business operations
    • Able to prioritize effectively, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities
    • Ability to identify and flag potential risks to senior leadership. Work towards building and implementing mitigation plans

    • Manages tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes

Education:

  • MBA (Preferabally Finance specialization)

Experience:

  • 5-6 years of experience in Business operations, administrative role and have worked in a professional business environment
