As a Quality Associate/Specialist (f/m/d) within Private Cloud Products, you will
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn our processes and products during your onboarding training.
• Work on various tasks to maintain high standards of quality, security, reliability, and efficiency in our services and shipments.
• Show initiative and drive topics to resolution while ensuring the highest level of quality in our deliverables.

• University degree in Natural Sciences or Computer Sciences, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Programming knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A result-oriented mindset, a “can-do” attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentational skills.
