This position requires translating customer needs into product or service solutions. It involves a deep understanding of hospital operations, integrating internal and external resources and channels, designing solutions, and overseeing the delivery process to ensure successful project implementation.
• Proactively supports ES PSM engage in in-depth communication with hospital senior management (C-level) and clinical experts to translate their needs into specific product or service solutions(Offerrings). Understand the pain points and requirements in hospital operations, and develop corresponding delivery plans.
• An integration expert in the product portfolio domain, collaborating with internal technical teams and external suppliers to align relevant resources based on customer needs, ensuring the technical feasibility and delivery quality of products. Responsible for creating value for customers by leveraging current capabilities and partnerships.
• Responsible for end-to-end management of product or service delivery, encompassing requirement confirmation, development, testing, and implementation phases. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations. Post-delivery, maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure optimal utilization of products or services, while gathering feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Support ES to bring together relevant experts from across business areas to package and tailor the existing ES portfolio with those from other business areas in order to leverage global experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal resources to identify the appropriate delivery personnel and ensuring the project team possesses the necessary skills and expertise. Work closely with other internal departments (such as technology, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
• Continuously monitor the latest trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in integrated diagnosis and treatment solutions, as well as the application of digitalization and intelligence in hospital operations. Leverage industry insights to propose innovative product and service solutions that help customers enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Working experience in imaging equipments, medical devices, or other healthcare marketing or sales role.
• Excellent customer-facing skills in a project management and execution.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Ability to competently plan and organize in order to achieve short and longer-term objectives.
• Strong ability in interacting and engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Chinese
