Your job will be focused on making sure that employee expenses are processed compliant to Citigroup policies and procedures, and relevant external requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure that employee expenses are processed compliant to Citigroup policies and procedures, and relevant external requirements.
  • Validate accuracy and correctness of expense elements before processed.
  • Maintain service levels to customers, evidenced by KPIs.
  • Respond to customer service and supplier inquiries and clarify requirements and provide information as needed, properly handle or forward escalations further.
  • Ensure Quality and timely settlement of all CTE employee expense claims
  • Meet all audit guidelines and ensure adherence to Citi process and procedures.
  • Participate in key projects, programs and initiatives to support the goals and objectives of the SCO organization.

What we’ll need from you

  • 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Excellent written and spoken English language knowledge
  • Intermediate command of MS Suite
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures and background
  • Be a quick learner
  • Possess good problem solving skills
