Duties:
Diary management and associated logistics
Screening of calls and handling of queries
Process incoming/outgoing correspondence
Set up Partner’s and department meetings (booking meeting rooms and equipment, arranging for technical support, setting up audio/video conferences, booking taxies, making business lunch arrangements)
Travel arrangements - both local and international (avia r/w tickets, taxies, accommodation, visa support, cash advances, registration to conferences/seminars)
Prepare and assist with expense reports / time reports / invoices within set deadlines
Assistance with preparation of Agreements and Proposals from draft to "ready to sign"
