As an experienced member of our team, you will manage our largest and most complicated projects and client services in planning, design and services during construction.
You’ll grow your career by leading master plans and studies, in addition to design projects for wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities. You’ll play an integral role in mentoring more junior staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including marketing and strategy development, positioning, procuring, and negotiating contracts. As Practice Lead, you will lead multidiscipline planning and design teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. - Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter.
- Project management experience for wastewater utility projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- At least 15 years of experience.
- Strong network with California municipalities
