Team Leadership: hiring, managing, coaching, and developing your team, including overseeing their professional development and performance.
Drive meaningful innovation in digital health services in the field of Neuromodulation.
Identify, assess, and implement remote service tools & systems in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Master remote technologies used for customer support and guide their implementation within remote and field team.
Map processes to ensure seamless integration of remote service offerings to HCPs and Patients. Contribute to the definition of new operating processes and propose process adaptations as business conditions evolve.
Remote Service Marketing – further build, reinforce HCP and Patient brand loyalty to support our accelerated profitable growth ambitions.
Maintain a culture of excellence and closely monitor the quality of service provided.
Coordinate and partner with all necessary internal functions to complete projects and scale NMD remote services sustainably: Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, IT, HR, Finance, and CoEs.
What are we looking for in you?
Experience: 5-7 Years of Divisional functional Management Experience (e.g. Marketing or Customer & Commercial Excellence), or cross divisional management roles in Centre of Excellence (Digital, Remote) or Functions (IT / IS/ PMO) with a minimum of 5 years at EMEA or International Level.
Demonstrated competence in thinking strategically, analytically, and innovatively.
Strong business acumen and long-term business planning experience.
Outstanding communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Forward thinker and self-starter who thrives on new challenges, imagines solutions, and adapts quickly.
Track record of success in leading cross-functionally and with global partners to develop plans, strategies, and tools to establish, build, and scale new functional org capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in building and giving presentations to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and executives.
Experience of leading and managing teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or PMO.MBA or advanced management degree is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in English – any additional language will be considered a plus.
Industry Experience: Preferred MedTech.
Location: Home-based with access to local hub office, with flexibility to travel ~ 50% of the time.
