•Develop, configure and optimize manufacturing and industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification by studying product requirements.
•Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and deploying process flow, space requirements, equipment and work cell layouts.
•Provide training and guidelines to factory teams coupled with process documentation and operating instructions.
•Assess and established equipment critical spare parts and preventative maintenance schedules.
•Collect process, quality and yield/Cpk data across factory and analyze the data to drive improvements.
•Persuade colleagues at all levels to embrace and support the implementation of process modifications and new manufacturing approaches you devise.
•Be familiar with the work processes, safety/HSE and quality policy and apply as appropriate to each project.
•Lead Manufacturing Readiness assessments and conduct Trial Runs to ensure flawless introduction of improved and new processes into the factory. •Bachelor degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering or at least 5 years in process manufacturing experience
•Knowledge in Automation (experience deploying Automation preferred)
•Proven history in improving manufacturing process efficiency
•Must be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environment •Excellent computer skills; Process simulation and manufacturing layout software, Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MiniTab, CAD and SAP.
•Strong program management skills with solid ability to influence others and drive improvements in a high paced environment.
•Travel ~20%
