PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Assistant Buying Manager for the sub-brand in terms of ReAct related operational work in buying system/tool, in-season performance tracking, order consolidation/OTB tracking, and timely planning of in-season replenishment.

Pre-Season Buying:

To finish order system operation work:

  • Plan Responsiveness articles pre-season order rule collection and setting in order system (door count, article depth MOQ, pre-season/in-season ratio plan).
  • Plan Responsiveness order split execution into pre-season & in-season in order system

Pre-season order consolidation update of all ReAct products.

In-Season Buying

In-season monthly rolling of Never Out of Stock products with size level order plan for DTC channel

Weekly performance reading with Read & ReAct tool for OMNI channels.

Future sold-out projection and demand comparison

Bi-weekly buy sign-off preparation

Inventory sharing between DTC channels (OR / EC) with IST support

Timely update of OTB Tracking for replenishment decision.

Timely order consolidation update for both pre-season and in-season buy.

Systems and Processes

Participate in systems/ tool training and upgrade feedback with IT.

Other job-related work assigned from Line Manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Good Data analyse and excel skill
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Practical, reactive

REQUISITE EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILL

  • University advanced degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising or planning function
  • Prefer very good Excel modelling skills. Good process executor and meticulous operator
  • Good understanding of retail business with in-season operational experience
