What you'll do

We are looking for a motivated working student/intern (f/m/d) who wants to support our HCM Solution Advisory team. The working student/intern works with and for the team helping them to engage with SAP SuccessFactors customers and sales teams. The tasks of the working student (f/m/d) include (but are not limited to):

• Assist in the development and implementation of new HCM digital offerings for customers
• Collaborate on the conceptualization of new innovative digital formats to excite and engage customers
• Utilize digital editing tools (e.g. Canva, Camtasia) to create and edit visuals and video assets (e.g., videos, presentations, webinars)
• Provide support to prepare customer meetings, presentations and demos
• Assist the Solution Advisory Team in daily tasks

Within our team, you will be encouraged to take up responsibility and solve tasks independently, to generate new ideas and implement them.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Media Design or related field
• Fluent in German and English
• Creativity, passion for new ideas, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Strong presentation & communication skills
• First experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
