Associate's degree, trade school certification, other verifiable training in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in Laboratory Safety Protocols (e.g., Chemicals, Lasers, High Voltage, etc.), Mechanical Metrology (e.g., CAD, Use of calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, dial indicators, Instron, etc.), and Electrical Metrology (e.g., multimeter, O-scope, etc.).
Experience managing labs, inventory management, scheduling calibration, and procurement.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in Vendor Management and Procurements (e.g., Procurement of electro-mechanical and laboratory components), PCB and FPCB rework (e.g., soldering, de-soldering, crimping, etc.), and Fabrication Techniques used for prototyping (e.g., Laser cutting, 3D printing, drill press, band saw, etc.).
3 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (e.g., Drawings, Schematics, SOPs, etc.).
3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, and with failure analysis.
Experience managing and driving small prototyping projects and builds requiring inspection, assembly, and measurement of mechanical and electrical components.
Experience with oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, and electrical measurement equipment.
