Description
- Develop and document test plan for new devices.- Design and debug test SW & HW.- Debug new silicon.- Bring quality and efficient test solution for mass production.- Coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group.- Evaluate new product’s testability and operability.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS in relevant field fo study and a minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and test related hardware development (i.e. Teradyne UFlex/J750/ip750, Advantest 93k platforms.)
  • Proficiency in programming with Scripting languages (i.e., PERL) and high level languages (i.e., C/C++ or Visual Basic.)
  • Deep understanding on ATE tester and test program
  • Experience working on digital VLSI SoC.
  • Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology.
  • Deep understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts.
  • In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process.
  • Understanding of semiconductor product life cycle.
  • Able to work with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
  • Travel is required.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
