Key job responsibilities
- Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for migrations and modernization within Saudi, integrating strategies across various segments
- Provide sales leadership with a consolidated view of progress towards goals and suggest strategies to bridge gaps.
- Manage organizational efforts in delivering complex migrations and modernization engagements, shaping and implementing strategies.- Mentor and develop vital participants in the Sales Process, focusing on migrations and modernization.
- Actively contribute to the cultivation of knowledge and expertise across the organization.
- Mentor and coach BDMs, providing feedback and guidance.Diverse Experiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in cloud migration journeys, application modernization strategies (7 R's model), and customer buying criteria in Public Sector and commercial customers
- 10+ years of proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills & Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to drive change across the organization and respected and influential presence within the industry


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Saudi National
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
