What you'll do

  • Support the Services Account Executives and Business Support in day-to-day business
  • Ensuring internal processes such as assigning orders to individual consultants
  • Support with internal offer and order processing as well as invoice control
  • Support in developing presentations and offers for customers
  • Become part of customer meetings, presentations and negotiations
  • Take over small sales cases end-2-end
  • Support in finding consultants for projects in the SAP internal network
  • Preparation of statistics and analyzes
  • Monitoring the utilization of consultants and preparing the planning of consultant assignments for the coming months
  • Organizing budgets for sales activities, financial monitoring of ongoing projects, organization and preparation of meetings
  • Support in organizing trips and events

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or college
  • Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, or Business Administration or comparable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in the IT industry or given IT affinity is a plus
  • Prior experience with SAP systems as an advantage
  • Experience in the commercial sector (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability undertake analyses and developing concepts
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills
  • Fluent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written

The internship is desired to start on October 1st, 2024 (latest start on January 1st, 2025 is also possible by arrangement)
