Sales support / process management: Identifying and making recommendations to eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
ECOA / Quality document support (COA/ECOA template revision & discussion, ECOA upload / ECOA issue verification)
Logisticsmanagement: Create and Analyze data to identify trends and or opportunities in Supply/Logistics/Forecasting/Sales Operations (Inventory / Open order)
Local consignment inventory planning (excld TW) Sales analysis: Monthly key account / seller attainment report
Monthly country level sales report
Partner management:
Channel management support (Inventory tracking / performance tracking)
Monthly channel performance tracking
Monthly toller performance trackingYOU MUST (prefer)HAVE
3+ years of customer service experience (preferably) 3+ years’ experience with customer conflict resolution Excellent team and communication skills
Fluent in English
