- Professional Tax Preparation for Individuals required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (Individual Tax)
- Individual Tax experience must be within the last 2 years
- Active CPA, EA or LLM a plus
- Learn and apply at an intermediate level:
- Software development processes
- Test case creation techniques
- Math structures
- Advanced tax knowledge in both federal and state areas
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to translate tax law and form/instruction changes into algorithm and mathematical models
- Inference analysis capabilities
- Ability to learn various technology tools a must
