What You’ll Do
  • Scope and deliver systems, processes, and resources required to support ongoing operations of new energy offerings.
  • Support operational processes end-to-end—from customer experience and onboarding, to issue resolution and performance management.
  • Manage external service providers and third-party partners (e.g., metering, data, operational support), ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with program objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including finance, compliance, legal, engineering, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Support go-to-market execution by working closely with product and marketing teams to refine local offerings and assist in developing customer communications, digital assets, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop and track reporting frameworks to monitor key metrics, ensuring strong operational controls are maintained.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with global Tesla teams to align local operations with broader strategic goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience working within the Australian energy market, ideally in a retail or distributed energy environment.
  • Strong understanding of energy operations, compliance, and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving contexts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and collaborating across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
