Scope and deliver systems, processes, and resources required to support ongoing operations of new energy offerings.
Support operational processes end-to-end—from customer experience and onboarding, to issue resolution and performance management.
Manage external service providers and third-party partners (e.g., metering, data, operational support), ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with program objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including finance, compliance, legal, engineering, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery and risk mitigation.
Support go-to-market execution by working closely with product and marketing teams to refine local offerings and assist in developing customer communications, digital assets, and engagement strategies.
Develop and track reporting frameworks to monitor key metrics, ensuring strong operational controls are maintained.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to systems and processes.
Collaborate with global Tesla teams to align local operations with broader strategic goals.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience working within the Australian energy market, ideally in a retail or distributed energy environment.
Strong understanding of energy operations, compliance, and systems.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving contexts.
