As a Tech Support Supervisor for Buidling Automation Systems
You will report directly to our Sr. Tech Support Manager andyou will work out of our Independence, Ohio location on a Hybrid work schedule.
• Lead and manage the TechnicalSupport team, providing guidance and coaching
• Ensure timely and effectiveresolution of technical issues, meeting customer Key performance indicators(KPI) and expectations
• Develop and implementstrategies to optimize technical support operations according to
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including customers, Project Managers, AccountManagers, and other internal teams
• Monitor and analyze technicalsupport performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Manage and allocate resourceseffectively to meet business objectives
• Stay updated with industrytrends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
