What you'll do
Your main responsibilities will be:
Create contracts based on standard templates for SAP Concur existing and potential new customers. You will be responsible for drafting, modifying, updating, and finalizing contracts, but also reviewing proposed deals submitted by Account Executives.
Manage a variety of commercial contracts/requests in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Contract Validation: Review and validate contracts for accuracy of terms, products, pricing, promotions and contract information per company policies and procedures.
Internal Customer Support/Administration: Assist with contract cancellation and contract amendments for non-revenue generating issues (Terminations, Swap of services, etc.).
Guiding and advising our internal stakeholders on contracting requirements, approvals, or other internal processes.
Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies and procedures.
Drive efficiency and process improvements. Support on projects, reporting and monitoring activities
What you bring
Advanced written and spoken English skills. German would be beneficial.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems.
Ability to work within a global team environment effectively, as well as function independently.
Ability to remain flexible and work under pressure in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Extremely detail and customer-oriented, organized, proactive and with strong follow-up skills.
