Assists the senior project manager, project manager and project team in the management of the project, including the planning, coordination and support of the day today activities of running a project, project or portfolio of projects.
Primary ownership and management of a component of a project.
Assists in management of the project schedule.
Compiles or updates project documents, such as the status report and risk/issues log, and providing support on vendor management.
Supports management of project documents, including status report, risk/issues log, project charter, and schedule
Supports vendor management, i.e. invoicing, cost tracking, charge backs.
Coordinates and supports meetings with project stakeholders.
Supports with other team functions such as ownership of support mailbox, distribution lists, etc.
Directs reporting to project manager or senior project manager; coordination with project team members; interface with sector representatives, steering committee members, vendor and finance, as needed.
Conducts routine operational or administrative work.
Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation.
Individuals will have their work thoroughly reviewed and checked by more senior incumbents and will have limited contact outside their immediate area.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of relevant experience
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
