You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have an impact by:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
• Strong knowledge of hardware design ethics and methodologies
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
• Experience with hardware testing and validation
• Excellent guide and communication skills
• Strong guide and team management skills
• Ability to drive results and meet project deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Innovative mindset and a passion for technology
• Strong people-oriented and communication skills
