Overview of the Role
Responsibilities:
Develop Cloud IAM strategies and security patterns to enable secure access to assets and services in public cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Threat Modeling, Cloud Detection and Response Engineering and Security Operations to identify and mitigate threats, reduce risk and ensure integrity of our cloud environments.
Define and develop security controls and tools to ensure IAM implementation in public cloud environments are compliant with Citi’s cloud security standards and policies.
Participate in architecture and design reviews for new cloud services and solutions
Mentor and provide technical guidance for junior members of the team.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in the architecture, design and implementation of security solutions in AWS, GCP and Azure
Demonstrated technical and team leadership skills
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience working with cloud-native services in AWS, GCP and Azure
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer and Azure Security Engineer Associate are desirable
Competencies:
Proficiency with securing services in AWS, GCP and Azure using IAM policies, controls and best practices.
Knowledge of container security and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Experience in Python, GO or Java
Experience in DevOps and agile methodologies and automated solution delivery and testing through CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of container security and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (including GKE, EKS), Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, AWS CodePipeline, Google Cloud Build, and Azure DevOps.
