Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Interpret business priorities into integrated communication plans for global internal, external, customer, and partner audiences creating a distinct leadership voice for BMC Product executives
- Content development: writing, scripts, presentations (Note: we have graphics support)
- Working with ELT members on internal/external comms strategy
- Develop and maintain program communications calendars that align with business needs
- Ensure communications messages are consistent internally and externally
- Partner with the media relations team to develop compelling talking points for external activities
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ related marketing or communications experience
- Well-rounded corporate communications experience across a variety of functions, preferably supporting technology, sales, product, or other customer-facing organizations
- Experience in delivering integrated communications programming to address company reputation, corporate initiatives, and executive voices
- Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Expertise in program management to ensure that plans are socialized, adhered to, and measured against
