Salesprocess

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization
  • Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers' needs
  • Manages the day to day and strategies: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account; manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor, and focal point for customer relationship.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to senior management.
  • Demonstrate a solution-selling mindset and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

Customers

  • Pursue growth through regular both face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge our installed base.

Peoplemanagement

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Guides and leverages management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer.
You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with electrical/ electronics background.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas sector, including upstream, midstream, refineries, and petrochemical industries.
  • Experience in Solutions Selling
  • Experience in complex selling including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels.
  • Experience in managing major EPCs
  • Experience in selling automation & safety systems (ICSS, ESD, DCS,…etc)
  • Commercial excellence and sales management through CRM (Salesforce)
  • Good knowledge of commercial terms contract T&Cs…etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
