Develop and sustain long term customer relationships; Establish these relationships while engaging customers at all levels including senior levels of the customer organization
Early engagement in the customer buying process diagnosing customers' needs
Manages the day to day and strategies: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals
Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account; manage and build customer contacts, serving as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor, and focal point for customer relationship.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance to senior management.
Demonstrate a solution-selling mindset and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Customers
Pursue growth through regular both face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge our installed base.
Peoplemanagement
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Guides and leverages management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer.
You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with electrical/ electronics background.
Proven experience as an Account Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in sales and account management.
Previous experience in the oil and gas sector, including upstream, midstream, refineries, and petrochemical industries.
Experience in Solutions Selling
Experience in complex selling including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels.
Experience in managing major EPCs
Experience in selling automation & safety systems (ICSS, ESD, DCS,…etc)
Commercial excellence and sales management through CRM (Salesforce)
Good knowledge of commercial terms contract T&Cs…etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
