- Proven leadership experience in HR operations or a related field, with prior team management responsibilities.
- Expertise in HR systems like SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

As the Team Lead, People Operations Shared Service Centre, you will:
- Supervise and guide a team of People Operations Administrators to ensure high-quality HR service delivery across multiple locations.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee queries and process-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Develop your team’s capabilities by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive excellence.
- Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Oversee HR data integrity and accuracy in systems, supporting data entry, reporting, and compliance audits.
