Required Qualifications:

• 7+ plus years as an Product Owner / Feature Lead

• Ability to manage multiple technology projects simultaneously

• Strong Risk Management; Identify potential risks and escalate as needed, identify critical path activities, remove roadblocks to ensure progress

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate at all levels; able to influence/challenge

• Knowledge of and adherence to change standards for planning, executing, controlling and closing the technology components and deliverables within projects

• Capable of understanding technical details and ability to translate those to a nontechnical audience

• Excellent analytical and process-based skills i.e. process flow diagrams, functional diagrams & etc.

• Knowledge of Application Security and Standards

• Experience with SAFE agile, release train, scrum, Kanban process and PI planning

• Experience with all areas of application development, database, infrastructure, and client server architecture

• Knowledge of automation and continuous delivery practices.

• Financial services experience/expertise - supporting Enterprise Credit Business lines and products

• Experience in JIRA

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with QA automation

• Financial planning/budgeting process

• MS products such as Excel, Project, PowerPoint
